You can split the daily serving into two equal portions, offered at different times, such as morning and evening. Mix each portion fresh with half the daily concentrate and half the water; keep the total daily amount unchanged.

No. Calming is complementary feed with L-tryptophan, lemon balm extract and passionfruit tincture. It is intended as nutritional support, not as a sedative or treatment for anxiety.
Can I take Calming with me when travelling?
